Ryan helped us sell our old home and buy our new one. We had many hiccups between incompetent surveyors, a lien, issues with an attempting buyer not procuring the loan properly, all the way to the seller of our new place not disclosing a judgment on the property. Ryan was light in the darkness and was awesome the whole time. He is very knowledgeable and patient! I would highly recommend him and plan on always using him in the future
