Full Service Management

Monthly fee that is the equivalent of 12% of total annual income + one time $250 set up fee.

With our Full Service Management we handle everything.

  • Once a potential tenant is found we will do an in-depth screening including credit checks, criminal background checks, eviction reports and income insights.

  • When a tenant is selected we on board them and handle the move-in process.

  • We collect and hold securities, rents and pay you directly every month

  • We do mid year inspections and move out inspections to make sure there are no serious maintenance issues that should be addressed.

  • We handle all tenant maintenance concerns with the property and keep you informed you every step of the way.

  • We provide you with annual summary and report for tax purposes.

  • We work with our real estate partner to ensure top marketing for your property, leasing, lease renewals and sales.

Leasing Only

6% one time fee.

We work with our real estate partner to get your unit marketed and find you potential tenants.

  • Give your property maximum exposure by listing it on the MLS as well as major syndications like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Broker Reciprocity, ListHub and others.

  • Professional photography included to give your listing optimal appeal and maximum exposure.

  • Showing scheduling and provided access to the property.
